Senior commercial litigation solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5 years + PQE) to lead an already successful department to its full potential. The role is based at either the Birmingham or Nottingham office providing a regional presence.

This role requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks with exposure to a wide range of dispute resolution work, litigation, arbitration and ADR. Good technical knowledge and experience in all Commercial Litigation matters is essential.

You will work as a regional leader with a wide reaching client base and will be given the autonomy for your vision to take effect. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified Private Client Solicitor to join the team at DBS Law Ltd.

We are looking for a recently qualified solicitor with Private Client experience to join a dynamic, forwarding thinking team. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, as well as having spent at least 6 months of your training contract dealing with Private Client cases.

Working alongside an experienced Private Client Solicitor and based in a busy office, you will be dealing with a range of Private Client matters, managing your own caseload of wills and probate files along with assisting with more complex cases, given exposure to clients and plenty of responsibility from day 1.
