Davinder S Bal
Davinder Bal started his career as a successful Personal Injury Solicitor at Rowley Ashworth and Thompsons before founding DBS Law. He now oversees many elements of the company, including Business Development and Client Relationship Management, with a keen eye on Marketing and Media within the company. His flagship CSR programme, DBS Heart was established in more recent years, developing along with DBS Law’s community-driven ethos to become a Community Interest Company in its own right.
Davinder has a strong belief in investing in DBS Law’s employees and clients, and this focus has led to DBS Law being repeatedly awarded Legal 500 status, as well as being listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies To Work For. Further investment in client service, which is central to DBS Law’s company culture, led it to become the first law firm to be awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award from the Government’s Cabinet Office in 2014. Putting the client’s needs first, Davinder ensures that DBS Law provides clear advise and an individually tailored service suited to each client’s budget and requirements.
Davinder has a keen interest in client led legal services and has carried out pro-bono work with the Sikh Channel Community, broadcast internationally. He enjoys nature, rowing, and getting involved in numerous community service projects with the aim of connecting businesses and the communities they serve.
