Rob BholRob Bhol, the Managing Director of DBS Law began his legal career in 1986. For over 20 years he conducted personal injury claims, working for two leading claimant personal injury firms prior to joining DBS Law in 2007 and securing many thousands of pounds for injured victims. In 1996 Rob joined a leading national firm of solicitors in Birmingham where he qualified as a solicitor, subsequently being made a Partner in May 2000. Throughout his legal career Rob has handled a wide range of cases from road traffic accidents through to complex industrial disease claims. He has successfully pursued many claims to Trial in both the County and High Court and has had cases before the Court of Appeal. He has provided education and training on this subject both in house and to membership organisations.
Since 2007, his role has developed into a full time management role, leading the company towards success. As a Managing Director, he is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as growth and strategy. He has been responsible for significant growth of the business and the development of the internal structure and company culture.
Zeeshan MasoodZeeshan is Director of Operations at DBS Law Limited. He is a Chartered Manager, an award given by The Chartered Management Institute, UK. He is an accomplished management professional, equipped with a commanding track record of conceiving and turning original solutions into reality to improve staff development and performance within a customer-facing environment. He has key experience in assembling and leading teams to deliver results consistently, achieved through instilling belief in their abilities using strong motivational tactics. He is capable of promoting a culture of shared success during periods of transition through channelising people's energies in the right direction.

Renukah PragalathanRenukah is a qualified Solicitor and a Director in the company. She has more than 8 years of extensive experience in dealing with personal injury claims, ranging from road traffic accidents, employer�s liability/work place accidents, slips and trips, dog bite cases and has also developed a specialism of dealing with Clinical Negligence (Medical Negligence).
Renukah is also responsible for overseeing the education and training department of the company and aims to ensure that all of the staff within the company are given the opportunity to gain excellent knowledge and expertise in their chosen field of law.
Sejal KaravadraSejal is Head of the Immigration Department and a Director at DBS Law. As a qualified Solicitor Advocate, Sejal has a number of years experience in the immigration field and has represented a large number of individuals and organisations. Sejal started her career at the Home Office in the Immigration Directorate and is able to draw upon this experience and expertise to advise on all aspects of immigration law.
Sejal possesses extensive knowledge in dealing with all sorts of immigration issues, from making an application to representing at Court. The immigration field is an ever changing area of law and by keeping herself updated with these new developments, Sejal is always able to do the best for her clients. In addition to assisting her clients, Sejal regularly attends immigration clinics in the community and also advises on immigration shows on Sky TV.
Sejal has also recently been appointed a Trustee at the Charity � LawWorks, which aims to provide free legal help to individuals and community groups who cannot afford to pay for it and who are unable to access legal aid.
Sejal has been successful in helping many individuals with their immigration matters and is assisted by her invaluable team.
Harjeet SinghHarry graduated in bachelors and Master level qualifications in Information technology field. He has developed solid core IT infrastructure skills in planning, designing, developing and maintaining a complete IT & Telecommunications infrastructure for SME�s. His further skill set includes wide knowledge of the latest Microsoft technologies including Virtualization and Failover clustering. He is responsible for providing a reliable, cost effective, secure and performing IT environment, to enable the company to assist its staff in providing clients with an excellent service.

Vicky BlodwellVicky graduated in Law from Birmingham City University in and thereafter completed her diploma in legal practice at The College of Law, Birmingham before commencing employment with a top 100 law firm, namely Russell Jones and Walker. In 2007, Vicky joined the company and commenced a training contract leading to her full qualification as a solicitor in 2009. She gained Higher Rights of Audience in September 2010 meaning she can take instructions to act in civil, criminal and Judicial Review proceedings from other firms of Solicitors and private paying clients.
She is a Team Leader, supervising 4 other lawyers.
In practice, Vicky acts on behalf of Claimants who have suffered injuries arising from road traffic accidents, in the course of their employment and in public places up until Trial. She also has significant experience in dealing with claims where issues relating to liability and quantum are disputed and deals with costs related matters.
Vicky is a member of the Junior Lawyer�s Division and works on their helpline providing a support service for other members of the legal profession.
Abdul ZaheedAbdul joined DBS Law as Head of the Property Department in June 2010. Abdul has vast experience in dealing with property transactions of all nature and meeting tight deadlines especially in situations where the stakes are high. He has experience working with some of the leading law firms.
Abdul acts for individual clients and commercial clients. Abdul�s track record speaks for itself. His experience ranges from acting for a tenant on the acquisition of a lease of a small retail shop to advising clients and leading a team in multi-million pound Commercial Property deals. He recognises the need to provide clients with a service tailored to their individual needs at cost effective rates. Abdul�s growing client following is testament to the quality of his work.
Angela FitzpatrickAngela Fitzpatrick is the Head of Department at DBS Law.
Angela is a personal injury Lawyer with over 20 years experience representing injured Claimants and their families. Her practice encompasses all aspects of Personal Injury claims specialising in high value serious injury claims including spinal injuries, amputees, brain injury, fatal accidents, occupational disease in particular Mesothelioma claims. For 22 years (13 years as a Partner) at a National Claimant Law firm she represented Trade Union and Staff Association members pursuing a wide variety of Personal Injury claims. This has given her extensive experience of cases involving workplace accidents. She has a particular interest in claims involving seriously injured cyclists having represented members of a National Cycling Organisation.
Angela has pursued numerous complex Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Mentor for students at the Kyra Institute.
Farhat AkbarFarhat has specialised in the area of family law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1998. Her caseload covers a broad range of family law issues: divorce, ancillary relief, disputes between parents over children�s issues, domestic violence and disputes between cohabitants. She has undertaken many high profile cases in the High Court, Family Division, ranging from ward ship and tracing a child�s whereabouts, to children�s issues involving the inter-relationship of English law and the jurisdiction of non-Hague Convention countries.
Other high profile cases include complex ancillary relief cases, including a recent successful case in the Court of Appeal. Farhat is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution.
Mohammed MoeiniMohammed Moeini is the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He joined DBS Law in August 2011.
Mohammed�s practice is broad in scope and he has regularly advised clients in both private and public sectors. Mohammed specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution (including mediation) and has advised clients on a wide variety of commercial matters including post acquisition disputes (indemnity, warranty and Completion Accounts disputes), complex contractual claims and professional negligence claims. Mohammed has experience of both disposing of disputes at trial and resolving them at an earlier stage.
Muneeb DeanMuneeb Dean is the Head of our Corporate team.
Muneeb joined DBS Law in December 2011. Prior to that Muneeb worked for leading National and European law firms advising on various multimillion pound cross border transactions for high profile clients, including the largest privately owned construction company in the UK. Muneeb regularly advises SME�s, and major corporates.
Muneeb has extensive experience in relation to public/private joint ventures and partnerships including more recently in the Education, Housing and Health sectors, acting both for large Privates, and other public sector bodies including various Local Authorities, and lenders.
Adrian BarnesExpertise
Adrian is a specialist employment lawyer who can advise on all elements of employment law from unpaid wages to unfair dismissal, compromise agreements to contracts of employment. Adrian has drafted contracts of employment and staff handbooks for several household name companies.
While working for the National Farmers Union, Adrian became an expert in agricultural employment issues, and was a member of the Agricultural Lawyer�s Association, he is also a member of the Employment Lawyer�s Association
Experience
Adrian became a lawyer after a long career in business, working as a manager with multinational corporations. For the last twelve years he has concentrated solely on employment law issues and has regularly advised at Board level on business restructures, takeovers and transfers. Adrian is an accomplished speaker and trainer who can provide seminars and courses on all aspects of employment law.
Since becoming a lawyer, Adrian has written articles for several magazines and newspapers, he has regularly contributed to radio and television on subjects as diverse as responsibility at office parties and being too fat to be a fireman.
Successes
Adrian advised and represented the winning Claimant in the case of Sethi v Greentech which has become authority for the absolute right of a woman to return to work after maternity leave even if her marriage to her employer�s son had broken down.
Interests
Outside of work Adrian enjoys walking with his dogs, sailing and the very occasional round of golf.

Adeel graduated in Law from University of Derby in 2009 and subsequently went on to complete his diploma in legal practice at The College of Law.
Adeel joined the company in November 2010 and currently works in the Personal Injury Department dealing mainly with road traffic accident cases.
Amanpreet completed her law degree in 2007, achieving a 2.1, and subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course, with a commendation, in 2008. Amanpreet began her employment with the company as a paralegal in October 2008 and was subsequently offered a training contact with the company. She recently qualified as a Solicitor in February 2013.
Prior to commencing her training contract, Amanpreet worked within the firm’s Personal Injury department. During her training contract she gained further experience in this department and has dealt with a variety of injuries, varying from minor soft tissue/whiplash injuries to fractures. In addition, Amanpreet also dealt with Public Liability and Employer’s Liability cases. Amanpreet moved departments in December 2012 and has been working with the firm’s family department since then.
Baljit joined the company in November 2010 as a receptionist/legal secretary. Prior to this, she has gained in the region of 20 years experience as a legal secretary dealing with personal injury cases, family law and property law matters.
Guganpreet has completed her LPC from University of Wolverhampton. She is currently working in the Client Care Department advising new clients on their potential claims and dealing with general inquiries.
Guganpreet is fluent in Punjabi and English.
Gurpreet graduated from University of Leicester in 2007 and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. He then joined the company in 2008 and initially was a part of the home visit team which gave him an immediate opportunity to deal directly with clients and gain firsthand experience.
Following a period of approximately one year in this department, he was transferred to the personal injury department where he has been representing the victims of road traffic accidents.
He has recently commenced his training contract with the company and will also gain experience in other legal areas such as employment Law, Property Law, Immigration Law and Family Law.
Gurpreet is fluent in English, Punjabi and Urdu.
Iram graduated in LLB Law from Nottingham Trent University and is currently completing her LPC from the same institute.
Iram joined the firm in November 2011 and is now employed as a Client Advisor. She is fully trained in dealing with various new enquiries.
Iram can speak in Urdu and Punjabi as well as English.

Khameeza started her career as a Paralegal at Irwin Mitchell law firm, moving to this company in 2010. She completed her Diploma in Legal Practice whilst working full time. She has more than three years of experience in representing clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents.
Laura graduated in Law with Business Management from Keele University in 2011 and is hoping to start her legal practical course in 2012. Laura joined the company in July 2011 and is currently working in the Commercial Property Department. Laura is looking forward to being involved in the DBS Heart Project helping people to shape their futures.
Lisa has been working within the legal profession for the last 20 years and joined the company in 2010 as general office manager. Lisa is responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Monika graduated in Master of Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in 2008. She then went on to gain valuable experience as an Administrator and previously worked as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Clerk.
Monika joined the firm in November 2011 and is now employed as a Paralegal assisting the existing Polish clients. She is also fully trained to handle new Polish enquiries.
Monika can speak Polish and English.

Ravi joined the company in August 2007. He is a fully trained and an experienced Home Visit Executive. His job involves visiting clients at their convenience to help complete the documents before starting the claim and to answer any queries that they may have.
Ravi is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
Miss Saima Zaffar is an experienced Litigation Executive who has been with the company since November 2005 and since that time has been representing the victims of accidents, who have suffered injuries ranging from minor to serious arising from slips and trips in public places as well as product liability cases and beauty therapy which has gone wrong.
Sam also plays an integral part in organising the company social events.
Satnam is a Solicitor at the company. He commenced employment with the company in February 2007. He began working on a part-time basis whilst he was undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Law. He made the transition into law after initially completing a Business degree at university. Whilst working at company on a part-time basis he was a member the customer care team and was responsible for discussing new claims with clients, along with visiting clients to help discuss the personal injury claims procedure and helping them to commence their claims. He joined the company on a full-time basis in November 2008 and began his training contract in January 2010. He will qualify as a Solicitor in January 2012.
Sian joined the company in June 2009 and works as a Legal Secretary in the personal injury department assisting senior lawyers with their client files. Sian�s duties vary from dealing with clients in person and on the telephone, organising a very busy diary, typing, preparing court papers and all administrative duties.
Aleema graduated from University of Wolverhampton in 2008 and subsequently completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at College of Law in Birmingham. During the first year of her employment with the company she worked within our client care team and received intensive training. This enabled her smooth transition to the personal injury department where she now represents clients who have been involved in accidents at work, on the road or in public places, although the majority of her current work involves road traffic accidents.
Clive is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA) and joined the company in 2008. He previously spent 17 years at an international law firm. Clive is a senior member in our accomplished accounts team undertaking all aspects of business accounting and budgetary control.
Huma graduated in Business Management and Public Policy from Aston University Business School and has completed the CIPD Certificate in HR Management (Level 5).
She joined the company in October 2008 and is currently working in the HR Department and previously worked as a Client Advisor.

Jascaran initially graduated from Keele University and then completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham.
He joined the company in October 2010 and is now employed as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury department and also assists with credit hire cases.
Prior to joining the company, he worked at Keoghs LLP, who are a Defendant Insurance Litigation firm. Jascaran currently specialises is Road Traffic Accidents but also deals with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.
Kirandeep graduated in LLB Law from Staffordshire University in 2003 and then completed the Legal Practice Course from the same institute in 2005. She then went on to gain valuable experience as a Paralegal at AIG Legal Services followed on by Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP and Browne Jacobson LLP. Kirandeep has handled a varied case load (defendant and claimant) consisting of Employer Liability, Public Liability as well as Road Traffic Accident claims.
She joined the firm in October 2011 and is now employed as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury department.
Kirandeep speaks fluent Punjabi as well as English.

Mark Carter who is familiarly known as Louis has been representing the victims of accidents for more than for twenty years. He specialises in Employer�s Liability cases but has extensive experience in all types of personal injury work. As the most senior personal injury lawyer, Louis works as the head of a separate unit to the main Personal Injury Department so that full advantage can be taken of his expertise and experience. Louis also represents clients on road traffic offences in the criminal courts.
Experience: -
Louis started work in welfare rights and civil liberties then specialised in personal injury work for trade unions. He had conducted several thousand accident and disease claims for trade union members. He moved to DBS in 2008 and since then for clients of DBS he has used this experience successfully. In particular, Louis has been heavily involved in running cases relating to defective buses and lorries which overlapped with his criminal work. He has developed an expert knowledge of road traffic law.
Successes: -
Louis has been consistently the firm�s most successful personal injury lawyer. Recently, he settled the largest personal injury claim ever to be handled by the firm. This was a case where a client developed post traumatic epilepsy and was unable to work as a result of his injuries. The case settled for approximately �750,000.
Interests:-
Louis takes a keen interest in the current debate as to litigation funding and the likely effects upon access to justice and the future of claims. Outside of work he retains an interest in Politics and current affairs but his main interest is his family life.
Narinder graduated in Law in 2004 from University of Wolverhampton and subsequently completed her legal Practice Course and became a qualified solicitor in 2007. She began her career at an international law firm. Narinder has particular expertise in dealing with personal injury cases, and has dealt with a wide range of accident claims. However, Narinder also has a broad knowledge of commercial property transactions and has acted for a number of developers in option agreements, site assembly schemes, conditional contracts and site purchases and disposals.
Richard has 20 years� experience dealing with newspapers and the broadcast media. For the last ten years he was Director of Communications for the giant union Unite.
Sandeep works across two of the firms key departments; namely Corporate Department and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to joining DBS Law, he had attained his Masters in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulations from the University of Warwick. He is actively involved in assisting the firms SME’s, owner managed businesses and start up’s in relation to all of their corporate and dispute resolution matters.
Sandeep is fluent in Punjabi and English.
Ali graduated from University of Wolverhampton in 2008 with a Law LLB (Hons) and thereafter successfully obtained his Diploma in Legal Practice in 2009.
Ali works in the Personal Injury Department and primarily handles fast track and multi track road traffic cases involving clients who have sustained injuries arising out of motor accidents, as drivers, passengers or pedestrians. He also deals with Public Liability cases. He typically deals with cases of a value of between �1,000 and �50,000.
Ali is fluent in Potohari, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi as well as English.
Arvind Gusain is an IT Administrator at DBS Law Limited. As a Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Engineer, Arvind have an extensive number of year�s experiences in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining servers, computer hardware and software. He has a strong background in system engineering, networking and security of data, which help to provide outstanding technical services to the organization as well as Client.
Arvind is fluent in English and Hindi.
Bobby is a valuable member of the accounts team. He is a team leader with over 7 years of experience in legal accounting and is currently studying level 3 AAT qualification at Kaplan Financial.

Elena graduated in LLB Law from Birmingham City University in 2009 and then completed the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in 2010. She then went on to gain valuable experience as a Paralegal at Levenes Solicitors followed on by Lyons Davidson. Elena has handled a varied case load consisting of Employer Liability, Public Liability, CICA as well as Road Traffic Accident claims.
She joined the firm in February 2012 and is employed as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury department.
Elena speaks fluent Slovakian as well as English.
Kate joined the company in 2009, working in the accounts department where she has achieved very high standards.
Laura joined the company in January 2011 and is currently receiving training to undertake various accounting tasks.
Leslie graduated in Law with French Law LLB from University College of London in 2008 and then completed the Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School. She then went on to gain valuable experience as a trainee solicitor at Debevoise and Plimpton LLP including a three month secondment to Starr & Partners.
Leslie joined the firm in October 2011 and is now employed as a Solicitor in the Employment Law Department.
Having started out as a volunteer at the company over three years ago, Neeru initially worked within the client care team and now specialises in Personal Injury cases, mainly dealing with road traffic accident claims. She did a short spell at another national firm, Russell Jones and Walker conducting some of the highly published �sofa cases�, before returning to the company.
Neeru studied at the University of Birmingham and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2008.
As a valued member of the team, Neeru�s recent highlight has been the first to issue and settle a case under Stage 3 of the Rapid Claim Portal at Birmingham County Court. A new system that was introduced to streamline the claims process and hopefully make it more straight forward for claimants.
Rupy started her career as a Paralegal at a top 100 law firm, CTS, in 2007 where she started work just after completing her GDL and then going onto to study her LPC part time whilst working full time. Following completion of her LPC, she has secured herself with a Training Contract at CTS which is due to commence in September 2011. She should then go onto qualify as a Solicitor in 2013.
In practice, Rupy acts on behalf of Claimants who have suffered injuries arising from road traffic accidents, in the course of their employment and in public places.
Rupy speaks fluent Punjabi as well as English
Sandy Nahal joined DBS Law in 2005. As a Solicitor she is now part of the Immigration Dept where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in this area and thoroughly enjoys this work.
On a daily basis, Sandy undertakes initial client consultations, gives advice on immigration problems and issues, prepares and submits applications to the Home Office for various categories, drafts representations for client�s and assists in the smooth running of our client�s matters. Sandy has successfully assisted numerous individuals with Human Rights Applications and feels extremely satisfied when client�s receive their indefinite leave to remain in the UK.Sandy regularly attends to clients at Immigration clinics at the Citizen�s Advice Bureau. Sandy has also appeared on the Immigration show on the Sikh Channel on Sky TV where she has assisted viewers with their Immigration enquiries.
Vishal graduated from Coventry University with an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology. He joined the company in 2007 and is currently the team leader of the customer care team, responsible for dealing with new enquires. He is vastly experienced in dealing with all types of personal injury enquires and has assisted greatly in improving the internal workings and systems of this department within the company.
Vishal is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
